1. What are your plans for Easter?

We'll all go to church together and then come back to our house. Brandon's job every year is to hide the Easter eggs for the little ones.

2. Do you dye eggs for Easter?

Yes, always. I do hope that one of the kids or grandkids are here on Saturday so they can do it for me.

3. What is your favorite Easter candy?

The Reese's Peanut Butter Cup eggs.

4. Do you celebrate the make believe part of Easter and/or the 
religious part?

Both.

5. What is your favorite part about the Easter holiday?

All being together in church that morning.

Here are this week's questions.

1. What is your favorite magazine?

I love People Magazine. I also like Rachel Raye and Taste of Home for recipes for when I pretend that I'm actually going to cook!

2. What color are your eyes?

Blue.

3. Do you go to the dentist on a regular 6 month schedule, or do you put it off?

I hate going to the dentist and so there's no way I would go every 6 months. When my kids were all still home, I took them every 6 months. They never thought that was really quite fair.

4. Do you use anything to make your house smell good?
ex: candles, spray,etc...

I love candles, but don't light them very often. For every day, I use the Fabreeze Noticeables. The linen and sky always smell so fresh.

5. Do you have any pets?

We have two big old babies (dogs). They are brother and sister and spoiled rotten!

1. Have you ever had a professional massage before?

No! I think I would be too embarrassed!

2. When drinking bottled water do you have a preference on which brand you drink?

I really don't drink bottled water.

3. What is your favorite kind of soup?

Panera Bread's cheddar and broccoli soup in a bread bowl. I may just have to go there for lunch today!

4. Do you have a preference on which Kleenex brand you use?

Puffs with aloe.

5. What is your favorite breakfast food?

Biscuits and gravy.

Do you decorate for St. Patrick's Day?

Just a little bit, not a whole lot. I really don't know why I don't.

Do you have Irish in you?

No, I'm full blooded German.

Do you celebrate St. Patrick's Day?

Yes, I wear green. When I was working for the newspaper, we would participate in all the parades. So much fun!!

Now for a Missouri weather update. It snowed a total of 4" yesterday and today it's 60 degrees with the sun shining brightly! Go figure.

Greg pays all the bills and does most of it online.

I'm a simple kind of girl, just a radio.

American Idol! The Bachelor (I hate to admit), Desperate Housewives, Survivor, Celebrity Apprentice, Modern Family, and soon Dancing With the Stars.

Money, grass, and how I feel some mornings.

The truth is I fly by the seat of my pants.

2. Do you do spring cleaning and if so which month?

I try to start cleaning each room real deep during the winter so when spring is here, I'm not stuck inside cleaning. I want to work outside when it turns warm.

3. Are you a yard sale lover and do you have them and go to them?

I used to have them when my kids were little. Now it's just too much work! I do love to go to them, though.

4. What do you take when you have a headache?

This one is easy. Greg works for Bayer so of course, I take Advil.

5. Name 3 things that you feel lucky to have in your life!

My family, our friends, and the fact that I don't have to work.

Where do you usually have your thermostat set at in the winter?

I think it's at 68, but if I get cold, I turn it up.

What room do you tend to put off cleaning until last?

Our bedroom. I am getting better now though since we painted it and prettied it up.

Do you like to clean with music on or off?

When do you take time to blog?

Always early in the mornings. Sometimes in the afternoon if Greg is working.

How much time do you spend looking at other blogs a week?

Oh my gosh, I was going to say at least an hour, but I thought the question was how much time in a day. So I guess the answer would be 7. That sounds horrible, doesn't it? Let's just keep that amongst ourselves and not tell Greg!!!

I'm just the little blog that could (or tries) and Leslie at Night Owl Crafting does the most fabulous link on Tuesdays that's called Hoo Are You. She lists questions and we all answer them and link up. This is my first attempt at this, let's see how it goes.

What did you get/give for Valentine's Day?
I got flowers (tulips, my favorite) and they are beautiful.

Do you have a vacation planned in the next couple of months or in the summer?
No, not in the next couple of months or summer. We hope to make a trip with very special people in the fall. Greg and I want to do this and I hope it works out!

What is one thing you do to pamper yourself?
Get my hair done every 5 weeks. Thank you, Marsha! Love you!

What sparks your interest to other people's blogs?
Honestly, just creative ideas. I love to see what other people are doing with the same obsession that I have.

What kind of a mood are you in today?
I'm in a great mood. It doesn't do any good to sit around and be unhappy. Find one thing that makes you happy and do it! I discovered Dimensional Magic and have been playing all day!
