Super Saturday!

It's Easter weekend! I at least have everything ready to pack the Easter Baskets, but I still need to dye eggs and go to the grocery store today. Why do I wait until Saturday to go to the store? Every holiday I say I'm not going to do that and here I go again today!

Before I go enjoy a game of Grocery Cart Bumper Cars, look what I found this week!

I love using sheet music for crafts and now I know what to do with the little pieces leftover. This just looks so dainty!

What a great use of old light bulbs!

I'm loving all the creative uses of jute I'm seeing. Especially since I found 2 unopened rolls of it in a closet last week!

How cute is that?! Oh, I'm so happy I found that jute!

This is so clever! Those started out as the $1.00 books at Target!

Wow, Rissa! You did it again! Beautiful!

If you were featured, be sure and a grab a button!

I wish everyone a Happy and Blessed Easter!

Super Saturday!

Wow, what a week! My blogger issues that I was having is finally fixed (after three days). Turns out, it wasn't just me. The funny thing is, I made a few new friends on the Blogger Help. And my exciting news is Casey at Hot Bliggity Blog is working on a new design for me! I'm so excited I can hardly stand it and can't wait!!

On to this week's Super Stars!

I love the idea of using Chinese noodles with Rice Krispies!

Don't those chocolate butterflies just look too pretty to eat?

I love that little guy! Just too cute!!

I really need someone I know to have a baby so I can make this gift box! Adorable!

Those are popsicle sticks! I know, brilliant!

And last, but not least, we all need an "Awwww" moment.

Does that little face not just warm your heart all over?!

Have a great weekend!

Super Saturday!

It's Saturday! Time to see what we've all been up to!

Is that not beautiful? I love the way she put the vintage picture on the sheet music.

This has got to be the most awesome use of zippers I have ever seen!!!

Look how cute and delicate that is!

That is a cookie! Chocolate and coconut! Mounds is my favorite candy bar and you can bet on me making these. You could probably bet on me eating them all, too!

I don't know any little girl who wouldn't love this slumber party!
She had so many great ideas!

Have a terrific Saturday! I know I will. Jordyn, Jace, and I are going to see Hop!

Super Saturday!

Hello Superstars! I hope you didn't get pranked too bad yesterday!

I have to say again, there is so much talent out there and I can only show just a few of my favorites. I wish I could share everything I loved, but there's just too much.

So without further ado, here we go:

I now know what I'm going to do with the rest of that potato sack I have.

Yep, I'm hungry and you better believe I'll be trying this broccoli quiche!

Who wouldn't want to snuggle up with that?

I can't wait. I'm going to be the coolest Grandma ever when I show up at Jace's game with these!

Still hungry. How easy would these be to make? Love it!

Is that not awesome? Greg gets mad at me when I steal help myself to 10 paint samples!

This one is for my kids! I love Mary Poppins and made my children watch it and the Sound of Music over and over again the whole time they were growing up. Look kids, other people love Mary Poppins besides me! I'm going to make this for my grandchildren when they are here to mark. Ours will say, Papa and Grandma instead of Mom and Dad.

Have a fun weekend!!!

Super Saturday

If you haven't already, be sure you enter the giveaway for the peace bracelet and bottle cap necklace!

Here are some of the Superstars I found this week.

Are those not the cutest little clips ever?!

I've already started digging through my scraps to make these for the girls.

I seriously can't stop looking at smiling at these!

How simple and sweet!

Have a fun weekend!

Super Saturday!

Before I show you all the fabulous blogs and inspiration I have found this week, I need your opinion. What do you think of my new header? I am so not worthy to be involved in this blog world. There is so much talent out there, sometimes I ask myself, "What the heck am I doing here?". I'm just plugging along and loving every minute of it! Thank you so much to all my followers! Believe me, Greg, Brandon, Josh, Jennifer, and Jalynn thought they would be the only 5 I had and were just humoring me. Actually, that's not true. Jalynn (my 12 year old granddaughter) will look at my blog daily and was my first true follower! The other people in my family were just "trophy followers". Love and adore you, Jalynn! Oh yeah, love the rest of you, too!

Now on to the good stuff!

Isn't that cute? I've been wanting to do a calendar like that forever!

Jennifer, I have got to do this for you!

You've got to click on the link and see all the pages inside. Believe me, this will be on all of our "to do" lists!

This is just pure genius!!!

Everybody knows I love tearing up old books. How cute!

I can't wait to see Greg's face when I tell him I need duct tape now!

What can I possibly say about this except, I love it!!!

Have a terrific weekend!

Super Saturday!

What a great week in blogland it was this week! Here are a few of my favorites!

Beautiful, huh? I would love to have one hanging in my kitchen window above my sink! Wow!

It's made of hex nuts! You all know that's right up my alley! Oh Greg....I need some hex nuts. You know what's funny? He doesn't even ask any questions anymore! By the way, I should tell you all now. Greg is "ghornets" when you see comments. He usually looks at my blog at work and then leaves a comment. Like the other day when I made the bottle cap necklace and there was a comment about drinking long neck beers now. That was the love of my life!

I love these!!! Wouldn't they make such cute gift card holders? Can't wait to try it.

I love this necklace! I really want to try to do this. I've got so much leftover fabric.

Look at those no sew curtains. Aren't they awesome? One more thing for my "to do" list.

I'm so sorry, I couldn't get her picture to load. Please hit the link and go look at the fabric soccer ball she made. It was something else!!! Jordyn is our little soccer player and I'm definately making her one of these.

There is so much talent out there, it just amazes me! If you were featured, be sure to grab a button if you want.

Have a great weekend! I know I will, I'm spending the day tomorrow with three very special little grandchildren! We're going to see Gnomeo and Juliet.

Super Saturday!

Here's what I learned this week:

1. I need to start drinking wine.
2. I need to start baking.

Now that I think about it, might actually be fun doing it at the same time!

Before I start drinking, I've got to make a few of these little purses out of old books. Wouldn't they be so cute for Easter using bunny books?

I can't even tell you how much I love this! Let the party begin!

So clever! The black middle is an Oreo cookie!

What can I possibly say? These cupcakes are awesome!!!

Someone is definitely getting these cupcakes for their birthday this summer!

Have a happy weekend!

Super Saturday!

Wow! Did you see all the fabulous ideas out there this week? My "to do" list is getting out of hand!

I have got to figure out a way to do this with those cardboard circles I have.

She used a tape measure for the closer of this cute little coin purse. Brilliant!

Wouldn't these make the cutest bracelets?

Love this! And better yet, she has an Etsy shop!

Could that be any cuter?

I don't know if I have the patience for this, but I'm pretty sure I could get Jalynn to help me.

Have a fun weekend!
